Blue Footed Boobie, or blue-footed booby for killjoys, is a bird originally cooked up by Evil Dragon in the first World Domination game[1].
Blue footed boobies do not appear to be bright enough to form alignments or be useful in any way, so they mostly, you know, just hang.
