The Ministry of Forms Regarding Strawberry Regulations is a ministry of the Flying Purple Hippos Clan. It was created following the Turkmenistan Strawberry Trade Crisis of 1998, which cost the FPH Clan an estimated 72% of its GDP that year.
The Ministry is notorious for maintaining a small army of assassins who take out any botanist claiming that strawberries are not a real fruit anyway. Most of its budget, however, is devoted to bribing EU officials.
