The Ministry of Hippo Relations oversees the relation between the Templars and the FPHs, by which we mean it keeps the Hippos well fed and happy. Arguably the Clan's most important ministry; the Leader is ex officio also its head.
Ministry of Hippo Relations is in charge of summoning the Golden Hippo whenever necessary and is pretty much the ultimate spiritual authority of the Clan.
