Ministry of Lame Cultural References is just like the government of that movie I saw that was, like, oppressive, and the dudes in movie were like trying to express their individuality, and it wouldn't let them, right? Much like Family Guy, this ministry is concerned with shoving references where they don't even fit. This makes most things obnoxious, just like the beginning of season 4 of Community where they replaced jokes with just referencing shit and it wasn't cool, cool cool cool. The ministry has a telephone number so call it maybe. On Friday. The music that plays while you wait is Gangnam Style. It's the ministry FPH deserves, but not the one it needs right now.
